These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Furlders (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1) Accounts

  • You’re responsible for your account and keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You must provide accurate information and not impersonate others.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

2) What you can do

  • Save and organize links you find online.
  • Share folders with others if you choose.

3) What you can’t do (Prohibited use)

You may not use Furlders to:

  • Share or promote malware, phishing, scams, or spam.
  • Host, share, or facilitate illegal content or illegal activity.
  • Exploit or harm minors in any way (including CSAM). Zero tolerance
  • Harass, threaten, or incite violence.
  • Store or distribute content that violates others’ intellectual property rights.
  • Attempt to break or probe the Service (for example, scraping, credential stuffing, or abuse of rate limits).

4) Safety scanning & enforcement

To keep Furlders safe, we may automatically scan or inspect saved URLs and related metadata to detect malware, phishing, spam patterns, and content that may be illegal or violate these Terms. We may also review content when it is reported or flagged. Any warnings or scanning results are informational and do not guarantee a link is safe.

If we detect prohibited or illegal content, we may remove it, restrict access, suspend or terminate accounts, and report unlawful activity to appropriate authorities as permitted or required by law.

5) IP tracking & security logs

We log IP addresses and other security signals to prevent abuse, protect accounts, and maintain reliability. This may include rate-limiting, fraud detection, and related security monitoring.

6) Your content

  • You retain ownership of the content you submit (including links, titles, notes, and comments).
  • You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely as needed to operate the Service.
  • If you share a folder, collaborators can access the shared content until sharing is revoked.
  • You represent that you have the legal right to submit or share the content you add to the Service and that doing so does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

7) Third-party links disclaimer

Furlders lets you save and share links to third-party websites and services (“Third-Party Content”). We do not control, endorse, or guarantee Third-Party Content, and we are not responsible for the availability, security, legality, accuracy, or content of any third-party sites.

Furlders does not determine the legality, authenticity, or safety of external websites linked through the Service. Links are provided by users and may point to content that is inaccurate, offensive, or unlawful in certain jurisdictions. Furlders is not responsible for the legality, availability, or content of third-party websites.

If you believe a link saved on the Service points to illegal content or violates your rights, please report it through our abuse reporting process so that we can review and take appropriate action.

8) Use at your own risk

You access Third-Party Content at your own risk. Even if Furlders performs safety scanning or provides warnings, you are solely responsible for deciding whether to visit a link or interact with a third-party site.

9) Service changes & availability

We may update or change the Service over time. We try to keep Furlders available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or continued availability of any specific feature.

10) Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from the Account page. We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion if you violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or engage in conduct that harms the Service or other users.

11) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Furlders and Sanarchy Designs LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of the Service or any Third-Party Content.

12) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Sanarchy Designs LLC operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14) Shared folders & collaboration

Furlders allows users to share folders containing saved links, notes, and related content with other users. When you share a folder, you are responsible for the content within that folder and for controlling who you grant access to.

Users who create or share folders are solely responsible for ensuring that the links and content they distribute comply with these Terms and applicable law, including laws related to copyright, intellectual property, and harmful or illegal content.

Furlders does not review, endorse, or verify the content of shared folders and does not control how users distribute links through the Service. Shared folders are created and managed entirely by users.

If you receive access to a shared folder, you should independently evaluate any links or content contained within that folder before accessing external websites.

Furlders reserves the right to restrict access to, disable, or remove shared folders that violate these Terms, applicable law, or pose a risk to users or the Service.

15) Sponsored content and affiliate links

Furlders may display sponsored content, advertisements, or affiliate links. We may receive compensation if users interact with or purchase products or services through these links.

Sponsored or promotional content may be identified where appropriate. The presence of advertisements or affiliate links does not constitute an endorsement of any third-party products, services, or websites unless explicitly stated.

16) Age requirement

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by law in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Service with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

Furlders is not intended for children under 13. If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a child without appropriate consent, we will take steps to remove that information.

17) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Furlders, Sanarchy Designs LLC, and their officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Links, content, or information you save, post, or share
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any law or third-party rights

This includes claims related to third-party websites or content accessed through links stored or shared using the Service.

18) Website previews and screenshots

Furlders may generate previews, thumbnails, or screenshots of third-party websites to help users organize and identify saved links.

These previews are provided solely for reference and do not imply ownership, endorsement, or control of the underlying website. All trademarks, content, and intellectual property shown in previews remain the property of their respective owners.

19) Export compliance

You may not use the Service in violation of applicable export control, sanctions, or trade laws. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to embargo or listed on any government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

20) Dispute resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court litigation, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court where permitted by law.

Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class action or representative proceeding.

21) No monitoring obligation

While Furlders may use automated systems, safety checks, or user reports to help detect malicious links, illegal content, or violations of these Terms, Furlders is not obligated to monitor, review, or verify all content saved, shared, or stored through the Service.

Users are solely responsible for the links, content, folders, and comments they create, save, or share using Furlders.

The existence of safety scanning, moderation tools, or abuse reporting mechanisms does not create any duty for Furlders to monitor the Service or guarantee that harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content will be detected or removed.

Furlders reserves the right, but not the obligation, to investigate, review, remove, restrict, or disable access to content that we believe may violate these Terms, applicable law, or the safety of our users.

22) No archival guarantee

Furlders provides tools to organize and access links, but it is not intended to serve as a permanent archival system. Users are responsible for maintaining their own copies or records of important information.

Furlders may remove links, previews, screenshots, or related metadata as part of normal service operations, policy enforcement, or technical maintenance.
